Home within the condo area at the entrance of Forest Hylands off of White Spar Rd. Most items in this home would be considered vintage. Everything is well kept, clean and organized. All appliances appear to be in working condition. No electronics were tested, but they are assumed to be in good condition. There is limited time for us to meet for pick so we are asking that all items be removed by 4pm Tuesday the 28th. Any items left behind after that time will have a $20-100 (depending on size) surcharge added to them for removal. This is a street level home with two front access points. There is an upstairs where the bedrooms are located PLEASE BRING HELP for loading large pieces.
